Dr. William Carter receives inaugural Arthur C. Stern Award
Arthur Stern winner announced! Taylor & Francis and the Journal of the Air & Waste Management Association (JA&WMA) are proud to announce Dr. William P.L. Carter, research chemist emeritus at the University of California-Riverside, as the recipient of the inaugural Arthur C. Stern Award. Dr. Carter's research focuses mainly on the gas-phase atmospheric reactions of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) and the assessment of differences among VOCs in their contributions to ozone formulation in the atmosphere.
